Christina returns to the family farm, where she runs to her parents to tell them about the holy grandfather who helped her. This true story, Under the Grapevine: A Miracle by Saint Kendeas of Cyprus describes the miraculous healing of a young girl in Cyprus by a much-loved local Saint who lived more than one thousand years ago.

About the Author
Chrissi Hart has a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Leicester, UK. As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist in England, she helped troubled children for twenty years. Born in Cyprus, Chrissi now writes stories for children from her cultural heritage that are inspiring and spiritually satisfying. She lives in York, Pennsylvania, with her husband Barry and children, Adam and Sophia. They attend St. John Chrysostom Antiochian Orthodox Church, where Chrissi is a choir member and tends the church gardens. Under the Grapevine is her first published children s book.
 
About the Illustrator
Claire Brandenburg is a fine artist turned children s book writer and illustrator. Claire received a BFA in art and education from the University of New Mexico. Working in a variety of different art forms for over thirty years she has shown her work in galleries and museums and has received numerous awards. A fascination with the world beneath the apparent surface has always played a part in her writing and art. Claire is the author and illustrator of several children s books, including Daniel and the Lion (2002) and The Monk Who Grew Prayer (2003). She lives in Taos, New Mexico with her husband.
